Cash on Delivery (COD) – Trial-Based Upfront Payment - To ensure smooth operations and avoid misuse of COD services, customers are required to pay a small upfront booking charge as per the cart value: COD Payment Slabs - Cart Value below ₹5,000 → ₹500 upfront payment - Cart Value ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 → ₹1,000 upfront payment - Cart Value ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 → 10% of cart value upfront payment - Cart Value above ₹50,000 → Prepaid Orders Only (COD not available) - Steps for COD Orders - Add your products to cart and choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. - System will automatically calculate and request the upfront booking amount based on the above slabs. - Pay the upfront booking amount via UPI, Card, Net Banking, or Wallets. - Once the booking amount is received, your order will be confirmed & processed for shipping. - The remaining balance is to be paid in cash at the time of delivery. 7. Adjustment & Refund of Booking Charges - The upfront amount will be adjusted against the final order value. - Example: If your order is ₹20,000 with ₹1,000 upfront, you will pay ₹19,000 at delivery. - Refundable Cases: If the order is canceled before dispatch, or if we cannot deliver due to service issues, the full booking charge will be refunded within 5–7 working days. - Non-Refundable Cases: If the order is canceled after shipping, refused at delivery, or undeliverable due to wrong address/unavailability, the booking charge will not be refunded. 8.
